Hypnotherapy is a therapy that utilizes hypnosis in order to communicate directly and effectively with the subconscious mind. It is a type of mind-body intervention that can treat various conditions, such as addictions or traumatic experiences (see more below and article coming).
Hypnosis is both the technique used by the therapist and the specific state induced using the technique. Under hypnosis, the person experiences what is called an “altered state of consciousness” (ASC), which allows direct communication with the subconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy is among what is called “brief therapies”, or “solution-oriented” therapies. It is a concrete and practical therapy, which seeks to find and put in place the optimum solutions for YOU, so you can overcome obstacles, truly feel good and, ultimately, unlock your full potential.
